What to Expect
Your first appointment includes the consultation and the first treatment. It usually takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Jennifer will have a detailed interview with you, discuss medical history, lifestyle, health concerns, and goals you would like to achieve through acupuncture. Jennifer and the patient will then come up with a practical treatment plan. During the visits, depending on each individual's needs, supplements and dietary recommendation may be discussed.

Acupuncture & Relaxation
There is a misconception that an acupuncture needle inserted into your skin would hurt as much or similar to a sewing needle or pin prick. Acupuncture needles are very thin and flexible, just a little larger than a cat’s whisker. It does not hurt like the prick of a pin or sewing needle.
